Dear clients! Experts with many years of experience will help you find the perfect solution for your needs. We also offer free consultations on the mounting of insulation materials.
Description of Insulation:
- «RosEcoMat Roof» is a natural thermal insulation material made from flax fibers, designed for pitched and flat roof insulation.
- Thanks to its high elasticity and strength, the insulation perfectly fills the space between rafters without forming gaps or thermal bridges.
- The material has excellent vapor permeability, does not retain moisture, and helps maintain a healthy indoor microclimate.
- It is produced without glue, formaldehyde, or other harmful substances.
The insulation has a service life of over 100 years, retaining its shape and thermal properties throughout its entire lifespan.
Flax insulation «RosEcoMat Roof» is used for:
- Pitched roof insulation (between rafters);
- Thermal insulation of attic and loft spaces;
- Insulating attic floors;
- Flat roof insulation (in non-load-bearing structures).
It is suitable for wooden, stone, and frame houses, as well as for eco-friendly construction and restoration of old buildings.

Advantages of «RosEcoMat Roof»:
- Eco-friendly: 100% natural flax fiber, free from chemical additives.
- Vapor permeable: the material «breathes, ” preventing moisture buildup.
- Sound insulation: reduces airborne and impact noise.
- Thermal efficiency: thermal conductivity coefficient — 0.037–0.040 W/m·K.
- Easy installation: simple to cut and install, no protective gloves required.
- Durability: does not shrink, deform, or rot over time.
- Natural protection: flax fibers have antiseptic properties and are resistant to mold and insects.
- Safe: emits no toxins — suitable for children’s rooms and bedrooms.
Installation Guidelines «RosEcoMat Roof»:
- Preparation: measure the distance between rafters or joists and cut «RosEcoMat Roof» mats with a 1–2 cm width allowance for a tight fit.
- Installation: soft panels should be fitted tightly between rafters, with no gaps or spaces.
- Moisture protection:
– On the interior side — install a diffusion vapor barrier membrane;
– On the exterior side (under roofing) — install a wind protection membrane. - Finishing: a batten system and interior cladding (such as plasterboard or wooden paneling) can be installed over the insulation.
Important! The insulation must always remain dry. It must not come into direct contact with heat sources having a surface temperature above 250°C (chimneys, heaters, stoves, fireplaces, etc.). insulation (especially non-fireproof types) should not be placed near open flames.
