Return of goods

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without providing a reason. To do so, you will need to send us a return request by email to info@rosecomat.com.

Return process

1. Notify us of your decision to cancel the sale contract by email.
2. We will verify your return request and inform you about the further process.
   Depending on the quantity of goods, the return will be made by courier service or a transport company. The expenses for returning the goods must be paid by the buyer.
3. The goods must be packed securely for transport.
4. Depending on the agreement, the goods must be handed over to a courier service or a transport company.
5. Once the goods are received by us, we will check the goods for completeness and integrity.
6. We will refund the buyer the cost of the goods (after deduction of delivery aфnd return costs
