Hemp — a natural antiseptic. It is widely used in everyday life, medicine, and construction. The use of the plant in building materials has proven its unique properties.
«RosEcoMat Kenaf Antifire» made of hemp treated with flame retardants, is characterized by high heat storage capacity and increased fire resistance. In winter, it ensures long-lasting warmth, while in summer it provides a pleasant coolness. The raw material is grown without the use of pesticides, which prevents rot and mold formation and protects the building structure. The strength and density of the insulation guarantee dimensional stability. Easy installation requires no personal protective equipment. The elasticity of the material prevents thermal bridges and allows the construction of breathable structures with a healthy indoor climate.

Key Advantages:
- Excellent thermal insulation properties
- Environmentally friendly
- Free from harmful substances
- Effective sound insulation for wall structures
*Antifire — flame-retardant insulation that does not sustain combustion. The insulation panel withstands medium fire intensity without spreading the flame. Fire resistance is achieved through the addition of sea salt, which acts not only as an antiseptic but also as a flame retardant.
However, hemp panels are not absolutely non-combustible, as hemp is a natural fiber. In the case of an intense large-scale fire, when everything around is burning, any insulation material will be destroyed. What matters is that people have enough time to safely leave the building without being endangered by toxic fumes. The flame retardant contained in «RosEcoMat Kenaf Antifire» reliably fulfills its function. Further reduction in flammability would be possible with additional chemical impregnation, but this would compromise the eco-friendliness of the material — which is why we deliberately avoid it.
The panels are surface-treated with flame retardants, and to maintain their self-extinguishing effect, it is strictly forbidden to cut the panels or otherwise damage their integrity. In such cases, the cut or broken edge must be additionally treated with a fireproof bio-protective agent. If the cut edge remains untreated, exposure to an open flame can ignite the entire panel, including internal surfaces.
The insulation panels must not be installed near open flames or heated surfaces (e.g., boiler, chimney).
