«RosEcoMat Hemp Mulch Tree Rings» are manufactured from 100% industrial hemp fibre. This is an eco-friendly and fully compostable material. Upon the end of its service life, the product requires no special disposal and safely decomposes in the natural environment without leaving harmful substances.
The product is designed for comprehensive care of the root zone of plants. The ring suppresses weed growth without the use of chemical agents: the dense structure of the material limits light access to the soil surface and prevents the germination of unwanted vegetation. At the same time, the product reduces moisture evaporation from the soil, which decreases watering frequency and maintains a stable moisture level for the root system.
Hemp fibre also provides thermal protection. During the cold season, the material reduces the risk of root freezing, while in the hot season it prevents soil overheating. In this way, a more even temperature regime is maintained in the root zone.
The installation of the product is simple. Each ring has a central cutout and a radial cut, which allows the mat to be placed around an already growing plant without damaging the trunk and without the use of additional fasteners. The products are suitable for both private gardening and professional use in nurseries and in the landscaping of public areas.
