«RosEcoMat Kraft Tape» Adhesive Tape is fiberglass reinforced and is designed to fix joints and overlaps during the of «RosEcoMat Kraft Steam Barrier» vapor barrier, providing maximum release strength compared to conventional adhesive tapes.
Kraft tape can also be used to prepare paper or cardboard surfaces prior to insulation with cellulose eco wool, blown wool insulation or blown wood fibre insulation, in interior and exterior works (kraft paper adhesive tape is resistant to dusty, cold, hot and humid environments — it preserves the airtightness of structures). Glue the membrane to the vapour barrier with an overlap of 15-20 cm.
- If the attached surfaces of the vapour barrier are wet or covered in frost, then the craft tape will not stick!
- If the fastened surfaces of the vapour barrier are in dirt, dust, sawdust, oil, etc., then the adhesion of the adhesive bond will decrease (the tape may stick weakly).
