«RosEcoMat Kraft Tape» Adhesive Tape is fiberglass reinforced and is designed to fix joints and overlaps during the of «RosEcoMat Kraft Steam Barrier VCL» vapor barrier, providing maximum release strength compared to conventional adhesive tapes.
Kraft tape can also be used to prepare paper or cardboard surfaces prior to insulation with cellulose eco wool, blown wool insulation or blown wood fibre insulation, in interior and exterior works (kraft paper adhesive tape is resistant to dusty, cold, hot and humid environments — it preserves the airtightness of structures). Glue the membrane to the vapour barrier with an overlap of 15-20 cm.

Environmentally friendly four-layer vapor barrier membrane, based on kraft paper, for the protection of insulation in private housing. VCL effectively controls the passage of water vapor, through the enclosing wooden structures of walls, floors and roofs of the house. Typically, VCL is used with timber frame constructions, placed on the inner, warm side of the building. The reinforcing mesh provides sufficient tensile strength and is extremely airtight against vapor pressure.
