Order placement, delivery and payment
Read this step-by-step guide to place your first order.
Step 1: Add products to your cart
Find your products using the search bar or browse the categories under the Products tab. Add items to your cart (no need to register an account).
Step 2: View your cart
View your cart total (excluding shipping) and check quantities. You can adjust quantities or remove any items from your cart.
When you have decided on your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Confirm your order
Choose your delivery or pickup method and payment method. Enter your shipping address and other information. Continue and finalize your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel, change, or switch from pickup to delivery or vice versa. It is also impossible to change the selected payment method. You will need to contact customer support to do so.
Step 4: Check your order
We’ll send you an email confirmation of your order, and we’ll get to work on it. If any items are no longer in stock, you will be offered alternatives.
Order tracking and support
You can usually track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. You can also contact support if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
Our customers can pick up materials directly from a warehouse in Sofia or order delivery, which we carry out on the territory of Bulgaria and the countries of the European Union. Specify the exact delivery address and the volume of the purchased material, our logisticians will calculate the price of the service in the shortest possible time and organize the transport. Our means of transport allow us to make the delivery quickly and cheaply, regardless of the quantity of the purchased material.
Our customers can pay for materials and shipping in several ways:
- Bank transfer;
- in cash upon unloading (subject to prepayment for delivery).
Characteristics of goods, types and uses
For thermal insulation of sauna walls, we recommend: «RosEcoMat Wall», «RosEcoMat Kenaf» or «RosEcoMat Polyef Vertical». Harmful substances are not released when heated.
We produce panels according to the size ordered by the customer. The price may change, it all depends on the ordered size and volume of the order.
Thermal insulation RosEcoMat made of linen fiber contains 85% linen, 15% polyester fiber. Flame retardants are not used.
If it is for permanent residence, then 200 mm. Hemp insulation is moisture resistant. If there is no danger of leakage and humidification from the side of the warm room, then there is no need for vapor barrier. For maximum effective operation of the thermal insulation layer, it must be in a dry state.
